Dry Separation Technologies
The TDS intelligent dry sorter, an intelligent coal-reject sorting equipment self-developed by Meiteng technology, broke through the limitations of traditional mineral processing technologies.
The sorting accuracy of TDS exceeds that of water washing (jigging) and the changes brought by TDS to the coal industry is revolutionary. Its outstanding performances and stable operations have resulted in TDS becoming the number one choice in the industry.
TDS adopts intelligent identification method to establish an analysis model corresponding to different coal quality characteristics.
The coal and reject are digitally identified, and finally the reject is discharged through the reject discharge system.
The TDS can process material ranging from 10mm to 300mm through a range of different size machines and can be used both underground and on eth surface.

AABRA provides high quality spare parts for other OEM Screens & centrifuges including fabrications, wear components, drive & lubrications systems etc.
Our fabrications are constructed to Australian standard AS1554 part 5 using high quality carbon structure steel for all manufacture parts.
All fabrications are heat treated and machined by CNC machines after welding.
Components can be lined with high quality wear lining including, ceramics, polyurethane or rubber to provide corrosion and abrasion resistance for the life of the component.
